For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of unsealed products where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or not as described. If your soap has arrived faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the issue, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.

Once your return has been approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
